This notice is provisional. Synset has not yet assigned a formal privacy approver or finalized provider-specific retention and deletion procedures. It does not establish legal compliance or describe a future waitlist.

What is collected here

Waitlist registration is currently closed. The registration page does not send or save contact details while collection is disabled. Marketing analytics are disabled. A complete, approved notice must explain the chosen contact provider, contact purposes, retention, preferences, and withdrawal before registration opens.

The website is hosted by Vercel. Vercel may process technical request information to deliver and protect the site. Synset has not verified the applicable hosting-log fields or their retention period for this deployment.

Operational error reporting

The site may send scrubbed operational error events to Sentry. The configured event content is limited to a generated event identifier, event time, runtime, and fixed SDK labels plus a fixed operational-error category. Raw error text, stack details, page URLs, request data, headers, user details, and application context are removed before transmission. Session Replay, performance tracing, profiling, and marketing analytics are disabled in the website instrumentation.

Sentry provider-side retention and account configuration have not been independently verified for this release.

Email contact

If you email Synset, the contents and address you send will be received so Synset can respond to your message. Email is not a secure channel for patient information or confidential material. Do not send patient data, credentials, model files, or confidential protocols.

For a privacy question, or to request withdrawal or deletion of information you have emailed, contact privacy@synset.ai. This address is the contact route; a formal deletion and suppression procedure has not yet been approved.

Future services

A future waitlist or customer service may involve additional information and providers. It is not open now. Do not treat this notice as permission to submit information for a future service or as authorization for research participation, model or data access, or cross-customer learning.
